WHAT IS PURPOSE OF SPRING TRAINING?
These sessions and trainings are part of your player's seasonal tuition and integral to their baseball education, thus their success.

Additionally, these sessions are an important process of divisional assignment; as such we’re saying attendance is mandatory for players – this allows evaluators enough time to properly view your player.

When players attend all spring training sessions, in most cases they will be seen by evaluators no less than six hours and prior to divisional assignment.

This process provides NBSL a comprehensive understanding of your player as an individual along with their demonstrated skillsets.

ALL Divisional Placements are Evaluation Based
NBSL makes all divisional placement decisions based on demonstrated ability shown during spring training evaluations

WHY GROUPS FOR INDOOR SPRING TRAINING?
As we have done in the past, NBSL has sorted players into small manageable groups
We do this simply because we have limited indoor space to view all players.
Additionally, we feel smaller groups will ensure higher efficiency as we present curriculum to players

IS MY TIME THIS WEEKEND THE SAME NEXT WEEKEND?
A player attendance schedule one weekend is not expected to be the same time the next weekend – times do and will change – this is because NBSL is using indoor spring training sessions to both teach and evaluate players, we’re continually adjusting player groups as we progress through spring training and as we map out divisions and assignments.

Not all players will be attending both Saturday & Sunday sessions each weekend.

For example, your player may attend both Saturday & Sunday one weekend and the next, just one day.

This is solely associated with the aforementioned limited indoor availability and the leagues desire to see all players to ensure proper divisional alignment.

Any assigned groups are not indicative of final divisional assignment and no such inference should be taken
